Stephen has been employed with Community Realty Company since 1993 (30 yr.) with an educational background in HVAC Mechanical. He began his career as the Assistant to the Chief Engineer at what was then our flagship property, Capitol Office Park. Stephen then advanced to Chief Engineer at the Bethesda Gateway Building and subsequently joined the property management team in 1999 and has continued in this capacity and beyond since. As the Director of Engineering and Maintenance Stephen is responsible for overall strategy and oversight of capital projects and general commercial and residential maintenance. Stephen has extensive experience in maintenance operations and has help complete over 20 million dollars of capital projects to include modernization and rehabilitation projects.
  
  In his spare time Stephen enjoys being with family and traveling to historic Camden, South Carolina, Lake George, NY, and Chincoteague, VA to spend time with his extended family. Stephen is also a big fan of the Baltimore Orioles.

As the Director of Commercial Lease Administration, Heather oversees all aspects of lease management including auditing, CAM reconciliation, and renewal negotiation for a diverse portfolio of retail, medical, office, industrial, and mixed-use agreements. Additionally, Heather has recently taken on the role of commercial property manager for locations throughout Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
  
  Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Salisbury University and a Master of Science degree from Towson University. Currently, Heather is a Certified Manager of Commercial Properties (CMCP) through the Commercial Real Estate Certification Institute and is studying for her Real Property Administrator (RPA) certification through BOMI International.
