Industry Credentials
Community Realty Company, Inc. is an Accredited Management Organization (AMO) within the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). IREM awards its highest membership designation only to those organizations which have met stringent standards of experience, financial stability, integrity, and ethics. Only six percent of all management companies in the United States are accepted into the AMO program.
All CRC property managers are Certified Property Managers (CPM), as awarded by IREM, or candidates for the CPM designation.
CRC and its team of leasing and sales staff are licensed in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
